Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bedda account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer concierge team with your order number to start the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble your item if necessary and place it back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier to collect the package from your home; for smaller decor, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
